I had a mixed experience staying at City Tempo. While I was upgraded to a spacious three-bedroom apartment with a fabulous view, I found the customer service lacking. The location was fantastic, as I was within a 10-minute walk of Southbank and close to the tram stop, making it easy to explore Melbourne.
